Sheikh Muhammed Moeen

Managing Director

With over two decades of experience in leadership roles of regulated business, Moeen is a seasoned finance expert in banking, real estate, corporate finance & asset management businesses. He has served as CFO of listed commercial banks, regulated REITs and has successfully led sharia complaint businesses across diverse markets in Middle East , Eastern Africa & Asia.

His diversified experience profile include fund/debt raising, IPOs & listing, M&As, sell-offs & business set-ups, besides core financial reporting & governance expertise in multiple regulated jurisdictions. A member of ICAEW & ICAP, Moeen remained engaged with PricewaterhouseCoopers and carries a proven track record of navigating through most challenging operating environments.

Naima Kazmi

Investment & Finance Partner

Naima brings with her nearly two decades of private equity & venture capital experience including investment evaluation, post-acquisition portfolio management, business development, and fund-raising in the MENA & South Asia regions being based in Riyadh & Dubai. More recently, she worked on a pre & post-acquisition transition for a leading regional e-commerce company in the UAE and played in a key role in positioning the company for an eventual IPO.

Naima has held senior management roles in private equity funds, portfolio companies & corporates. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & English Literature from Rutgers University, USA

Ammar Azhar

Director

Ammar Azhar is an approved Finance Officer for DFSA. He carries over 15 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, compliance & business growth in private equity, technology, food & beverage and large conglomerates.

Previously with KPMG, a leading private equity group and now in financial services & consulting business, he has specialized in financial governance, strategy and forensic investigations. He has successfully established finance outsourcing model serving a wide array of global clientele with unmatched services. A graduate of Oxford University, UK, Ammar is a member of ICAEW & ACCA.

Gayatri Prabhu

Financial Consultant

Gayatri is a qualified Chartered accountant with an experience profile of over a decade in accounting and financial services in UAE and India. She has remained involved with some large UAE family groups specializing in real estate, construction and trading businesses operating via multiple corporate structures. 

Prior to this, she has reminded an auditor and compliance specialist in top audit firms both in India and UAE, where she was engaged in finance, accounting and auditing services. She is a commerce graduate and speaks multiple languages.

Advisory Board Member

A distinguished financial expert, Akhtar M Zaidi is a former partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) with a rich career spanning London, Lagos & New York. His notable achievements include co-foundingDabbagh Information Technology with Softbank, leading the privatization and $720 million acquisition of K-Electric, and establishing Pakistan’s first $680 million consortium of private sector lender club of ADB & IFC and local DFIs.
In his leadership roles in various positions and as advisor to top corporates in Europe, Middle East & Asia, Akhtar has closed M&A deals exceeding $3.5 billion globally. Mr. Zaidi holds fellowships from ICAEW & ICAP, reflecting his global leadership in financial transformation and corporate strategy

Robert Richards

Robert Richards is a veteran business strategist and executive coach with over 50 years of experience advising leaders, boards, and organizations across the Middle East, UK, and Europe. His expertise spans leadership development, strategic alignment, performance optimization, and executive resourcing—delivering results across sectors including FMCG, hospitality, insurance, construction, banking, and financial services.

Based in Dubai, Robert has held senior leadership roles in top consulting firms, most notably serving as a Senior Partner and board member at Crowe UAE, where he played an integral role in high-level client engagements and strategic advisory work.

A former Royal Marines Commando and graduate of the T.S. Arethusa maritime programme, Robert is an ICF-accredited coach, a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach, and holds certifications in cognitive behavior and NLP. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Freedom of the City of London, recognizing his contributions to the investment sector.

Florence Le Fur

Ms Florence Le Fur is a highly accomplished real estate investment executive with over twenty years of experience in the European & MENA region. Florence’s experience spans investment management, valuation and deal structuring in sectors like commercial, residential & retail real estate. She has led the strategic direction of numerous investments & played a pivotal role in coordinating multifaceted business initiatives, leveraging her extensive expertise to drive growth and innovation within the organizations she has served.

Ms Le Fur holds a MBA from INSEAD, France, honors from ESSEC Business School & University of Paris
I – Panthéon La Sorbonne.

Arsheen Saulat

Advisory Board Member

A specialist in corporate structuring, compliance , governance and regulatory framework, Arsheen Saulat carries an illustrious career and experience profile spanning over 2 decades covering Middle East, Asian and European financial services industry She has successfully headed the legal & compliance function of listed and regulated businesses as well as discharged responsibilities in senior role at the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

Arsheen has impeccable grip on DFSA / FSRA rules, listing regulations , risk management, corporate governance, surveillance and exchanges rules and has played key role in listing debt instruments in global markets. A graduate from King’s College London, she has extensive experience in setting up and managing regulatory structures for financial entities across the MENA region.

Daniel W. Gay

Advisory Board Member

Daniel Gay is a financial professional with over 22 years of experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management, specializing in GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia & UAE. He began his career at Credit Suisse in Geneva, progressing through various roles for 12 years, and then joined Credit Agricole Indosuez. Daniel relocated to Abu Dhabi in 2004 as head UBS AG’s Representative Office for five years.
Daniel held senior roles at Citibank, Bank of Singapore, & a Dubai-based Multi-Family Office and worked as the Business Development Director for the largest Sharia-compliant REIT, where he led strategic partnerships and investor growth for six years.

Fluent in French & English, Daniel works closely with UHNWIs and institutions, providing bespoke advisory services.
