Dabbagh Information Technology with Softbank, leading the privatization and $720 million acquisition of K-Electric, and establishing Pakistan’s first $680 million consortium of private sector lender club of ADB & IFC and local DFIs.
In his leadership roles in various positions and as advisor to top corporates in Europe, Middle East & Asia, Akhtar has closed M&A deals exceeding $3.5 billion globally. Mr. Zaidi holds fellowships from ICAEW & ICAP, reflecting his global leadership in financial transformation and corporate strategy

She has led the strategic direction of numerous investments & played a pivotal role in coordinating multifaceted business initiatives, leveraging her extensive expertise to drive growth and innovation within the organizations she has served.

A specialist in corporate structuring, compliance , governance and regulatory framework, Arsheen Saulat carries an illustrious career and experience profile spanning over 2 decades covering Middle East, Asian and European financial services industry She has successfully headed the legal & compliance function of listed and regulated businesses as well as discharged responsibilities in senior role at the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
Arsheen has impeccable grip on DFSA / FSRA rules, listing regulations , risk management, corporate governance, surveillance and exchanges rules and has played key role in listing debt instruments in global markets. A graduate from King’s College London, she has extensive experience in setting up and managing regulatory structures for financial entities across the MENA region.

Daniel Gay is a financial professional with over 22 years of experience in Private Banking & Wealth Management, specializing in GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia & UAE. He began his career at Credit Suisse in Geneva, progressing through various roles for 12 years, and then joined Credit Agricole Indosuez. Daniel relocated to Abu Dhabi in 2004 as head UBS AG’s Representative Office for five years.
Daniel held senior roles at Citibank, Bank of Singapore, & a Dubai-based Multi-Family Office and worked as the Business Development Director for the largest Sharia-compliant REIT, where he led strategic partnerships and investor growth for six years.
Fluent in French & English, Daniel works closely with UHNWIs and institutions, providing bespoke advisory services.
